Eligibility criteria : Officers of Central Government or Central Police Organization or Central Armed Police Forces holding analogous post at the time of retirement and having the following qualification and experience:
(i)Bachelor Degree from a recognized University and;
(ii) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or Institute and,
(iii) wo years’ experience in a library of Central/State govt.
